Emperor Specialty Foods Ltd

Since 1986, Emperor Specialty Foods Ltd has been supplying premium gourmet foods, specializing in fresh shiitake mushrooms, dried mushrooms, and truffles. The company began importing mushrooms from China in 1995, and by 1998, they became the first Canadian company to import fresh mushrooms from China via ocean shipment. Their operations further expanded in 2001 when they opened an office in China, diversifying into fruits and vegetables while maintaining their organic shiitake mushroom production.
