Even basic tractor specifications, pricing, and implement details were often incomplete or unavailable, sometimes even from manufacturers themselves. As a result, purchasing decisions were not always based on actual farm requirements, but influenced by local opinions and informal advice. For a farmer, a tractor is not just a machine; it is an aspiration and a long-term investment. Yet, without clarity, this aspiration often led to inefficient choices.
