Kevin Balen (Director) began his electrical apprenticeship in 2004, developing into a highly skilled commercial electrician.​

​Throughout his career, Kevin has amassed extensive knowledge across various sectors of the electrical industry, earning numerous accreditations and certifications in both electrical and solar disciplines.

​He is recognized as a Gold Master Electrician and a certified solar designer and master installer with the Smart Energy Council. Kevin is committed to excellence and values ongoing training and development for himself and his team.

​Pica Electrical was established in 2017.
