I am a certified trauma informed Passion & Pleasure Embodiment Coach who is passionate about living life fully expressed. I help guide my clients to empower themselves as we move with the process. All the while, treating you with gentleness and compassion in a space of true safety as you get together we explore intimate and personal topics such as shame, unworthiness, sexual arousal, numbness. I will often utilize tools from my toolbox that I have collected from my own healing journey to help support both women and couples in empowering themselves in their own healing. Clients can see their healing often mirrors healing in other parts of their life such as marriage, relationships and business and therefore as they work on themselves they also see results in other areas of their life.
